Rugby Coach is incredibly old, but great fun, played it for a while, gets a bit monotonous after a while. I have Priddo's game, very good it is too, can't wait for the full version.

What I said, works for Rugby Coach (which is the game you stated the problem for)... but you are talking about Rugby LEAGUE Coach... they are two different games. At the moment, I don't know how to save within Rugby LEAGUE Coach as of yet, but it most likely has something to do with how you have your settings.

For further reference, can people make sure they know which game they are playing when asking a question. If you say Rugby Coach, mean Rugby Coach, not Rugby League Coach. And vice versa.

Rugby Coach is the single .exe file game which allows you to control either League or Union teams. Rugby League Coach is the game you have to play through an Amiga emulator, where you control only a League team which Gol has recently came across.

Alright, to answer a few questions:

Saving in Rugby Coach: put an empty disk into the floppy drive and all should be sweet, if it doesn't work, or you don't have a floppy drive, saving wont be possible.

Saving in Rugby League Coach (Amiga): Saving to the disk isn't recommended, use the save state. To do this, go in the left hand menu to HOST-MISC, and check the bottom left box: enable state recording. Then, in game, simply click the middle mouse button or press alt-tab, then click the power button in the bottom bar of the WINUAE window, and go to the HOST-MISC menu again and press the save state button, name a file, and you are done. To load again, simply load the state.

Rugby League Coach speed: Unfortunately I am running a rather dodgy old computer right now, so I can't really do much for you here. If you are savvy with these things, have an experiment with the various settings. One setting to try is in the HARDWARE-CPU menu, under CPU Chipset speed, check the 'fastest possible, but maintain chipset timing' box. If you aren't comfortable with this, you'll have to hang tough with the game until I can play around a bit more with it, or someone else gets it running faster.

NRL Manager 2004: Crashes after round 26 as there are no finals in the demo. As for the melbourne having 3 byes and similar issues, post them at Priddo's site in the forums to help him iron out his game, this is a beta after all.

URLM: I can't offer much help for. Your best bet is to search through the forums at league unlimited (forums.leagueunlimited.com) in the games section, and hope that you're issues were solved when the game was released.

Hope that helps some of you out. Expect a guide to RLC on my site this weekend.

umm, gol, just to let you know, on your site, when you click on URLM it takes you to priddos NRL manager download, you might want to fix that.

and, I might add, that if you download the demo 2 and go into nrl competition, it says "Path Not Found" and it closes...
